COMMON ORDER
Challenging the impugned order passed in I.A.No. 9 of 2025 in I.A.No.631 of 2022 in O.S.No.222 of 2021, the proposed respondents 5 to 7 have preferred the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No. 2499 of 2025.
2. Challenging the impugned order passed in I.A.No. 8 of 2024 in I.A.No.631 of 2022 in O.S.No.222 of 2021, the plaintiffs have preferred the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No. 2501 of 2025.
3. Before the trial court, the plaintiffs have filed an application to reopen in I.A.No.631 of 2024 and the same was closed by the court on 04.10.2023 for the reason that 3rd respondent died, but no steps taken. The trial judge held that no steps taken as against 3rd respondent, the said application was dismissed. Accordingly, the suit was also dismissed as abated consequently due to steps not taken. Subsequently, the plaintiffs filed three Interlocutary Applications in I.A.Nos.9 to 11 of 2025 to implead the legal heirs of 3rd respondent and the same was allowed on cost. Now, it i
