ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 28.04.2023 in W.P.No.13835 of 2023 in letter and spirit by paying the amounts due to the petitioner by way of demand draft dated 21.02.2026.

2. By submitting as abvoe, learned Standing Counsel has filed a calculation memo along with a copy of demand draft dated 21.02.2026 and the same is taken on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 28.04.2023 in W.P.No.13835 of 2023 in letter and spirit, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed with the present contempt petition.

5. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
