O R D E R

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 10.01.2025 in W.P.No.3761 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, as the respondent authorities have now complied with the order of this Court dated 10.01.2025, though with a delay, this Court is of the view that there is no need to proceed further.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
