ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 321 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped'.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition in accordance with law.
