This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant leave in favour of the third-party/Review Applicants to file the review application to review the order passed in W.P.No.302 of 2025 dated 16.07.2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.302 of 2025 was already duly complied with and there is nothing survives for adjudication and thereby, the petitioner has not appeared for the past two hearings.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Consequently, the Review Application in Review Appln.S.R.No.46279 of 2025 is also closed at the SR Stage itself.
