O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01.01.2026 on merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for non settlement of terminal benefits, the petitioner filed W.P.No.1930 of 2005 and this Court vide order dated 22.04.2014, allowed the said writ petition, pursuant to which, the respondent passed G.O.Ms.No.169 dated 03.10.2025, however, the amount was not settled in favour of the petitioner, thereby, the petitioner made representation dated 01.01.2026 to the respondents however, there is no response.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that this Court on 20.02.2026, issued direction to the second respondent to disburse the amount in favour of the petitioner, pursuant to which, the respondents settled the amount as per G.O.Ms.No.169 dated 03.10.2025 except
