ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction for issuance of a Site Visit Certificate to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender called by the first respondent . Despite sending an e-mail, requesting issuance of Site Visit Certificate, as the same has not been issued, the petitioner is before this Court.
Mr.S.Doraiswamy mentioned the matter this morning, I requested him to serve the entire typed set of papers on Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents so as to enable him to get instructions.
3. When I took up the matter for hearing, Mr.E.C.Ramesh states that the Site Visit Certificate will be issued to the petitioner before 4..00 p.m. today.
His statement is recorded.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
