2. Pending writ petition, the petitioner has cleared the jewel loan and jewels have been returned to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has repledged the jewels in a different Bank and he has also cleared 90% of the OD account. In such circumstances, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been considered by the authorities. Therefore, no further orders are called for in the writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Bank for any OTS settlement, it is for them to consider the same under the relevant scheme.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
