ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay difference in leave salary and difference in gratuity as per 15th wage settlement dated 29.05.2025 with 10% interest to the petitioners.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners’ representation dated 08.01.2026 within a specified time.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.
5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 08.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs.
