ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay unpaid 46.5 days of Earned leave salary with
10 percent interest to the petitioner.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 28.07.2025 seeking to pay unpaid leave salary within a specified time.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time. 5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 28.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six
