ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by issuing proceedings in Na.Ka.No.111/2025 dated 24.02.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only a part payment is made and the contemnors have to pay a sum of Rs.
11,20,000/-.
3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that with respect to the said balance amount, a proposal is forwarded to the Treasury.
4. The Director, Treasury Office, Nandanam, Chennai, is suo motu impleaded as the third contemnor.
5. Mr.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the third respondent.
6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
7. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the contempt petition, if the money is not received within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. Post after four months, for compliance.
