O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to issue “No Objection Certificate” in respect of loan account No.565141000018488 to the petitioner and direct the respondents to cancel the Memorandum of deposit title deed in Doc.No.814/2017 and return all the original documents.

2. Pending writ petition, the original documents have been returned to the writ petitioner. However, memorandum of deposit title deed has not been cancelled by the second respondent Bank.

3. In view of the above said facts, the respondents are directed to cancel the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed executed by the writ petitioner in Doc.No.814/2017, dated 08.05.2017. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
