ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action against the petitioner based on his representation dated 18.10.2024, 30.10.2024, 04.11.2024 and 12.02.2026.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.10.2024, 30.10.2024, 04.11.2024 and 12.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
