O R D E R
On 11.12.2025, this Court has given a specific direction to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file the translated version of the documents, which are in the Tamil language, subject to a specific condition that in the event of failure to file such translated copy on the next date of hearing, this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
2. However, no translated copy has been filed. As a last chance, this Court, by order dated 17.02.2026, granted time to file the translated copy and directed that the case be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
3. Even thereafter, the translated copy has not been filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks time for filing the translated copy, though this Court has already granted time on two occasions.
4. Since the directions of this Court have not been complied with, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
