ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 22/10/2025 to regularize the services of the petitioner on completion of 3 years of service from date of their original appointment in the light the orders passed by the first respondent herein in GO(D) No.609 Municipal Administration and Water supplies (MC3) department dated 17/10/2025 with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time frame as deem fit and proper by this court

2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
