ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2026 and to pass appropriate orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The allegation against the respondents is that the petitioner submitted a complaint, but the same was not registered, and no investigation has been carried out. Additionally, the petitioner’s husband tragically died in an accident; however, the Innova car involved in the accident has not been recovered.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that there are no CCTV footages, no evidence, and no material available to proceed with the case.

5. However, it remains undisputed that the accident occurred and that the petitioner’s husband passed away in the accident. Therefore, the respondents cannot questioned the accident. The petitioner is only seeking compensation for the alleged accident. Consequently, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 05.01.2026 in accordance with the law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With these observations, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
