ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to rectify the mistake crept in the building license issued to the petitioner school bearing license No.26/2026 dated 16.06.2023 wherein it is mistakenly typed as 'The Period of Validity of License shall be valid from 13.06.2023 to 12.06.2026' instead of 'The period of Validity of License shall be valid from 03.01.2023 to 02.01.2026' and issue a fresh building license to the petitioner school in the light of the structural stability certificate issued by the competent engineer dated 25.04.2023 for the period from 03.01.2023 to 02.01.2026.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 21.11.2025 to rectify the mistake crept in the building license issued to the petitioner school and issue a fresh building license to the petitioner school for the period from 03.01.2023 to 02.01.2026. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
