ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.222/2025 on the file of the 3^rd to 4^th respondent or any other competent investigation agency to complete the investigation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is the de facto complainant, on whose instance an FIR in Crime No. 222 of 2095
