ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 4 to refund 33.33% of the award amount deducted from the petitioner for the lands acquired from the petitioner on account of development charges.
2. According to the petitioner, the said deduction is erroneous and illegal in the light of the orders passed by this Court more fully disclosed in the petitioner’s representations dated 29.12.2025 and 07.01.2026. Since the aforesaid representations have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representations, as stated supra, are considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court. The petitioner will have to necessarily satisfy the respondents with regard to limitation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representations dated 29.12.2025 and 07.01.2026 seeking for refund of 33.33% of the award amount which has been deducted by the respondents by way of development charges, which according to the petitioner is illegal in the light of the orders mentioned in the representations given by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
