O R D E R

This Court directed the parties to participate in Mediation to resolve the dispute amicably. Accordingly, the parties have engaged themselves in Mediation and successfully arrived at compromise settlement.

2. Pursuant to the settlement agreement dated 13.02.2026, the disputed difference of amount was fixed as Rs.34,97,424/- and the same was paid to the respondent on 09.02.2026 towards full and final settlement.

3. In view of the above, A.S.No.215 of 2026 is disposed of in terms of the agreement. The terms of agreement as found in Paragraph No.6 thereof, shall form part of the decree. There shall be no order as to costs.
