ORDER
This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 1st Respondent herein to execute the non bailable warrant dated 14.07.2022 issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai in S.T.C.No.187 of 2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has to be directed to execute Non-Bailable Warrant, dated 14.07.2022 issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai in S.T.C.No.187 of 2018.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that since the warrant is of the year 2022 and the Thirupalai Police Station is newly formed, it is necessary for the Judicial Magistrate to issue a Non-Bailable Warrant afresh. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already fresh steps has been taken by him for issuance of Non-Bailable Warrant before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai in S.T.C.No.187 of 2018.
4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. Recording the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai is directed to issue fresh Non-Bailable Warrant and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to execute the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
