Challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.4862 of 2023 dated 05.11.2024, whereby the Writ Court directed the appellants herein to issue a revised Pension Payment Order, the present Writ Appeal has been preferred.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the entire amount has already been paid to the respondent/writ petitioner and that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Appeal.
3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
