(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.)
The petitioner seeks a direction to remove the fourth respondent, who is said to have encroached upon the grama natham land.
2. The details of the affidavit itself indicate that the fourth respondent has encroached upon the grama natham land in survey No. 204/34. Once the land is classified as grama natham, this Court is of the view that the same will not come under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 to take action. Further, the entire prediction is bereft of details as the fourth respondent has encroached upon the grama natham land. In such view of the matter, we cannot give a positive direction in this regard. Hence, we find no merits in the writ petition.
