Headnote:In this Contempt Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the Court examined the compliance of its previous order dated 04.07.2024 issued in W.P.No.17483 of 2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that the order has been complied with and submitted a report along with supporting photographs. The Court recorded this compliance and closed the Petition accordingly.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for disobeying the order of this Court dated 04.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.17483 of 2024.
2. Today (13.03.2026), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.07.2024 has been duly complied with and a compliance report along with photographs to that effect was also produced. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
