O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 25.09.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.26749 of 2025, whereby this Court directed the third respondent in the writ petition to consider the representation dated 06.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.6854/2015/A1, dated 01.12.2025, purported to be an order passed pursuant to the directions issued by this Court duly considering the representation dated 06.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner.
3. In the said circumstances, this Court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the orders passed by this Court and this contempt petition is, accordingly, closed. In case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 01.12.2025, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
