ORDER
The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to include the petitioners in the appointment lists, viz., List Nos.1 and 2 of the final merit list, and to issue appointment orders to the petitioners in a time bound manner.
2.The grievance of the petitioners is that despite they having successfully cleared the Computer based examinations for the the posts of Constable (General Duty) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy, they have been wrongfully declared as disqualified in the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) on the ground of alleged marginal deficiency in height. Aggrieved by the same, they approached this Court and vide orders of this Court dated 28.10.2025 in W.P.Nos.33420 of 2025 etc., batch, this Court quashed the PST rejection slips and directed the respondents to conduct fresh PST/PET.
