Order
The petitioner seeks for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the petitioner’s appeal petition dated 19.08.2025, filed under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, aggrieved by the proceedings of the second respondent dated 18.04.2023.
2.Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal petition dated
19.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s appeal petition dated 19.08.2025.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal petition dated 19.08.2025, filed under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
