ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.02.2025, passed in W.P.No.6396 of 2025, thereby directing the 3rd respondent therein to conduct a detailed enquiry in CSR.No.12 of 2025, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 09.12.2024, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the 1st respondent has conducted an enquiry and closed CSR.No.12 of 2025 as further action dropped on 15.06.2025. He also produced an affidavit of the 1st respondent dated 05.03.2026 before this Court to that effect.

3.Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
