ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.02.2025, passed in W.P.No.6396 of 2025, thereby directing the 3^rd respondent therein to conduct a detailed enquiry in CSR.No.12 of 2025, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 09.12.2024, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the 1^st respondent has conducted an enquiry and closed CSR.No.12 of 2025 as further action dropped on 15.06.2025. He also produced an affidavit of the 1^st respondent dated 05.03.2026 before this Court to that effect.

3.Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
