PRAYER Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act , to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 12.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6995 of 2025 and to pass appropriate orders directing strict action against the officers responsible for non-compliance.

ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 12.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6995 of 2025 and to pass appropriate orders directing strict action against the officers responsible for non-compliance. This Court by the order dated 12.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6995 of 2025 directed the 2nd respondent therein to complete the investigation in Crime No.1127 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
