ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed the aforesaid representation, requesting the respondent to pay the compensation to the petitioner for the structure value in his land in S. No 224 / 1A1B together with interest till the date of actual payment. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent was unable to ascertain the stage of petitioner's representation. Hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider
