Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth and sixth respondents to pay the difference of accumulated stipend arrear amount of Rs.2,34,000/- for the demand made in the letter dated 04.11.2025 as per the Revised Government Orders viz.
