ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order passed in W.P.No.20580 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner by taking into account of 50% of service from her initial appointment as consolidated salary for the purpose of pension and retirement benefits.

2.Aggrieved by the said order, the respondents filed appeal in W.A.No.3541 of 2025 and obtained an interim order dated 25.11.2025 in C.M.P.No.29190 of 2025, thereby the Hon’ble Division Bench ordered that no coercive steps shall be taken pursuant to the impugned order.
