ORDER
Heard, Ms.J.Saranya, learned counsel for the civil revision petitioner.
2.This Civil Revision Peition has been filed seeking for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.69 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk. When the matter came up for hearing, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk to indicate the pendency of the matters before her and as to when, the suits numbered in the year 2024 would be taken up for trial. 3.Pursuant to the said direction, they learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk has submitted a report that as many as 770 suits are pending on her file. Out of which, 142 suits are of the year 2024. She has also indicated that only 17 suits are ready for trial and an additional
12 cases are at the stage of evidence.
4.A perusal of the “B diary” shows that till date, the respondents herein have not completed the pleadings by filing a written statement. In addition, it also shows that an application in I.A.No.3 of 2024
