2.This writ petition is filed challenging the punishment imposed by the first respondent vide order dated 24.11.2025 in the departmental proceedings initiated as against the petitioner.
3.As there is an alternative appeal remedy as against the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority, the Registry has raised a query regarding the maintainability of this writ petition.
4.Since the present writ petition is filed without availing the effective alternative remedy available to the petitioner, the query raised by the Registry is sustained and this writ petition is rejected at SR stage itself. The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
