ORDER
This contempt petition is filed for not complying with the order dated
27.09.2023 in W.P.No.21991 of 2021, whereby, this Court had directed the respondent to give effect to the appointment order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in R.C.No.7/2017-18 dated 11.11.2020, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2. The copy of the aforesaid order was made ready and delivered on
14.12.2023.
3. Though on behalf of the petitioner, it is contended that despite this Court directing the respondent to give effect to the appointment order passed by the third respondent dated 11.11.2020 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, the respondent did not comply with the order and wilfully disobeyed the order.
