2.This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 04.06.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.17795 of 2014.

3.One N.V.Rengaraju executed sale deed dated 29.04.2013 conveying the petition mentioned property comprised S.No.147/1B1 to an extent of 1 acre 33 cents in favo
