Headnote:In the Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, the Court noted that the order passed in W.P(MD)No.21335 of 2017 dated 20.03.2018 has been complied with by the respondents. The learned counsel for both parties submitted the compliance to the Court. As a result, the contempt petition is closed along with the connected sub-applications. Hence, the Court concludes with the order to close the contempt petition and the connected sub-applications.
Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.21335 of 2017 dated 20.03.2018 and thus render justice.
