O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed by the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.611/2026 in Crl.M.P.No.181/2026 in Cr.No.152/2025 dated 10.02.2026.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 10.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.611/2026 in Crl.M.P.No.181/2026 is erroneous. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in incarceration since 18.12.2025 and that the quantity of Ganja involved is 5.900 kgs, which falls within the intermediate category. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition imposed against the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objection for allowing this petition.
