Headnote:Article 226 of the Constitution of India allows for a writ of Certiorari to challenge notifications and provisions of acts deemed unlawful. The petitioner sought to quash provisions of the VB-G-RAM G Act dated 21.12.2025. The court analyzed the requests and allowed the petitioner to withdraw their petition with liberty to file a fresh one. The case was determined to be dismissed as withdrawn.
