ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned auction notice dated Nil issued by the fifth respondent.
2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the issuance of impugned auction notice, auction was conducted and shops were allotted to the successful bidder in respect of 38 shops out of 96 shops. She would now submit that the petitioner is not pressing for any relief insofar as 38 shops already allotted pursuant to the impugned auction notice. But, the petitioner may be granted liberty to participate in the auction to be conducted by the respondents in the near future in respect of the remaining 58 shops.
3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As and when any auction is conducted in the near future by respondents, it is left open for the petitioner to participate in the said auction by seeking preferential right as the petitioner claims that they are existing le
