Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the State Human Rights Commission has been implemented by the State Government vide its order in G.O.No.(D)(1) 95, Home Department, dated 19.02.2025, pursuant to which, payment of compensation has also been made to the petitioner.
2. In view of the same, this petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
