ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s application dated 12.10.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application to enable the respondents to consider the petitioner’s request for survey and demarcation of boundaries. The said statement is recorded.
3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the said application and thereafter survey and demarcate the boundaries, after hearing the objections if any fr
