ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s application dated 12.10.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application to enable the respondents to consider the petitioner’s request for survey and demarcation of boundaries. The said statement is recorded.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the said application and thereafter survey and demarcate the boundaries, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem it fit to enquire.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the third respondent shall survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. No costs.
