ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an inquiry on the appeal filed by the Petitioner in Receipt No. 843 of 2023 dated

08.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 08.02.2023. However, the respondents had neither conducted enquiry nor disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's appeal will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 08.02.2023 and, after issuing notice to the petitioner and all the other rival parties, conduct enquiry and dispose of the said appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
