ORDER
When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute between the parties was duly settled before the Trial Court and he had also produced a copy of compromise memo before this Court. Hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and in this regard, he had also made an endorsement in the case bundle.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
