ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.08.2023 regarding relocation of burial ground for SC people of Melakalavai Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District, and pass orders thereon after holding an enquiry into the matter, on merits and in accordance with law.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel would submit that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and hence, they request this Court to dismiss the present petition.
3. Therefore, by recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
