The parties reached a compromise, with the de-facto complainant agreeing to quash the charge sheet. The Court quashed the charge sheet following the parties' consent.

O R D E R

The present Petition has been filed by the sole accused seeking to quash the Charge sheet in J.C.No.21 of 2025, on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Madurai, wherein, the Petitioner has been charge sheeted for the Section 379 and 34 of IPC and Section 83(2)

of the Juvenile Justice(Care and Protection of Children)Act, 2015.

2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein,the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present in present in person and he acknowledges the above facts and agrees for quashing the charge sheet

3.Considering the above said facts, Charge sheet in J.C.No.

21 of 2025, on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Madurai is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of the order.
