2009, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
