ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court a proceedings dated 26.03.2026 passed by the 3rd respondent pursuant to the directions given by this Court on 30.01.2026 in W.P. No.3131 of 2026 and submitted that the petitioner was re-appointed and thereby the order in the said writ petition has been duly complied with and hence this contempt petition may be closed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the said submission.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this contempt petition is closed.
