ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.623 of 2021 pending on the file of 1st respondent expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 12.07.2021, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
