ORDER
The petitioner as the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint against one Ramachandiran and Manojkumar on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.66 of 2025 registered on 17.06.2025 for the offences under Section
13(c) and 15(2) of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is nine months since then, however, no action has been taken. The petitioner was not called for further recording of statement or clarification. Hence, he has filed the present petition for a direction to the respondent to file the final report as regards the case in Crime no.66 of 2025.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case a charge sheet/final report has already been filed before the Principal District Court, Kallakurichi and has also filed the online uploading details with regard to the same.
3.Recording the same, the petition is disposed of.
